Campus Parking Regulations
Campus Parking Regulations
Westminster students must register their motor vehicles with the Business Office within seventy-two (72) hours from the time the vehicle arrives in Fulton. Decals must be affixed to the lower right hand (passenger) side of the windshield. Taping decal to the windshield is not acceptable.
A $50.00 annual registration and parking fee will be charged to the student account receivable at the rate of $25.00 per semester. Students are responsible for their decals and motor vehicles regardless of who uses the vehicle. New decals and temporary parking permits also may be obtained at the Business Office. Westminster College students are responsible for knowing and observing the motor vehicle regulations.
Student Parking is available for all full and part-time students in the following areas:
North Parking Lot (north of Mueller Bldg & Residence Halls)
Westminster Avenue
All campus lots east of Westminster Avenue
Gravel lot east of Wetterau Sports Center
Between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, all students (living on or off campus, full or part-time) are prohibited from parking on Lamkin (Circle) Drive or in the parking lots connected to it. Parking is also prohibited in the lot south of Mueller Leadership Hall.
Fines for infraction are:

The College must regulate vehicle parking in order to ensure convenient parking for all members of the community and visitors to our campus.
The college reserves the right to suspend a student's privileges to operate a motor vehicle while at Westminster College for excessive infractions of the motor vehicle regulations or for academic or personal reasons. Vehicles illegally parked may be towed or impounded at the owner's expense.
A student desiring to contest a motor vehicle infraction must submit an
online appeal
within ten (10) school days of the infraction. Appeals made later than 10 days after the infraction will not be considered.
The City of Fulton requires motor vehicles parked on public streets to be moved at least every 72 hours. While this is usually not a problem during the semester, students should not leave their vehicles on public streets during vacation periods. Students who need campus parking for an extended period should contact Campus Security at 573-592-5342.
