Originally from Nepal, Dr.  Dhital is passionate about teaching chemistry and chemical technologies. He has taught wide array of chemistry courses in various capacities. Prior to joining Westminster College, Dr. Dhital performed postdoctoral research at the University of Washington and taught chemistry courses in St. Louis Community College.

Dr. Dhital’s research interests lie at the intersection of chemistry, physics, biology, and engineering. He specializes in molecular physical chemistry. His current research specifically focuses on nanochemistry, nanophysics, and nanotechnology. Dr. Dhital’s scholarly research has been published in peer-reviewed journals. See the complete list here.

Dr. Dhital has special interest in photography. He enjoys travelling and exploring ancient places.
