Connie Epperson attended Culver-Stockton College where she earned her degree in Physical Education. Upon graduation, she moved to Fulton, Missouri to become a Physical Education and Health Teacher, and coach at Fulton Middle School. Connie met her husband David, and they had three daughters. After nine years of teaching, Connie began her administrative career in the Fulton School District. She served as assistant principal at Fulton Middle School, Fulton High School, and McIntire Elementary. Connie's career path would take her to Bartley Elementary, as principal, for her last 17 years before retiring in June of 2019. After retirement, Connie received training and became a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children placed in foster care. She serves on the YMCA of Callaway County board, is a Fulton Public Schools Board of Education member, serves as an administrative sub for the Columbia School District, and is a visiting professor at Westminster College.
