My Voice @ Westminster is...

An online reporting web site for members of the Westminster community to report incidents of intolerance or sexual misconduct.  Anyone who reports an incident may choose to remain anonymous, or has the option of sharing their contact information to receive additional support or follow-up.

If the reporting person chooses to remain anonymous, neither the Intolerance Review Board or the College is able to provide additional support directly to that person, or do important follow up on the report which is normally required.

It is important to note that the College has specific policies and procedures for addressing issues of Harassment and Discrimination or Grievance procedures. The My Voice program does not substitute for these policies. It may be appropriate for reports to be submitted by the procedures outlined in the Harassment and Discrimination or Grievance procedure policies. The following links provide information on these programs and the appropriate way to file a report on these issues.

Review Policies  This link takes you to the home page of Human Resources.  You will then click on the appropriate link, Harassment Policy* or Employee Handbook*, to retrieve the Grievance Procedure.

Westminster College is an institution founded in the value of fairness, integrity, respect and responsibility.  Behaviors violating these core values are not accepted.  We urge all Westminster students, faculty and staff to report such issues.  Exercise your voice to strengthen the values of our community.

Intolerance Review Board

Intolerance occurs when an individual or individuals fail to abide by the campus core values of fairness, integrity, respect and responsibility and they express themselves inappropriately through their words or actions.  Although they are many forms of intolerance, the Intolerance Review board reviews reports of racial, religious, sexual preference bias, sexism and other forms of intolerance which detract from the College's mission of providing a learning/living environment that is free from discrimination and celebrates the diversity of its various campus community members.
