Facility Rental and Reservations

Students, Faculty and Staff

Campus facilities are scheduled through the Plant Operations Department. To aid in planning a meeting or event and avoid scheduling conflicts, please check the Campus Calendar. Course schedules are coordinated through the Registrar's office.

How to Reserve Meeting Rooms and Facilities for Campus Activities

Please send campus facility reservation requests to reservations@WCMO.edu.  Requests are monitored M-F. 

Provide the following information:

  1. Full name
  2. Phone number
  3. Students must also provide a faculty or staff contact
  4. Name of event
  5. Date of event
  6. Begin and end time of event
  7. Expected number of attendees
  8. Preferred location
  9. 2nd choice location

If the requested room or facility is available, an email confirmation will be sent. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please call the reservation coordinator at 573-592-5854. Requests which are not properly directed or lacking information require extra time to process.

Setups

Events that require setup of tables, chairs, etc. will be assisted by the Plant Operations Department. Detailed setup information should be sent to workorders@WCMO.edu 7-14 days prior to the event.

Audio Visual Equipment

Technical assistance and/or equipment requests should be directed to the IT helpdesk at 592-5169 or help@WCMO.edu Additional fees may apply to outside organizations.

Catering

Any event or meeting taking place on campus must be catered by our campus food service. Contact the catering manager at 573-592-5032 or freshideas@WCMO.edu for menus and pricing.

Outside Organizations and Individuals & Summer Rentals

Outside Groups are identified as community organizations or individuals not being directly related to Westminster College academics, clubs or organizations. Facility use arranged by outside groups is subject to rental and deposit fees, liability clause, and contractual terms. Please click here or email eventrentals@WCMO.edu for more information.

Facility Rental During the Academic Year

During the academic year, Westminster College facilities are reserved first and foremost for instruction related activities and campus facilities and grounds are for the primary use and enjoyment of students, faculty and staff. College facilities are made available to outside individuals and community organizations after campus groups have been given sufficient time to plan events and secure facilities for their needs.
