Replacement Diploma

Lost your diploma?

The cost of a replacement diploma insert is $20; the cost for both a diploma insert and cover is $35 (postage included). Please note that the signatures on the diploma would be those of our officers today, not those in office when you graduated. The order will be placed upon arrival of your request and payment; it takes approximately 3 weeks from the date of order until receipt into our office. Please include the information below in your request:

• request must include your handwritten signature
• your full name at the time you attended
• year of graduation from Westminster College
• address where diploma is to be mailed
• your phone number (should we need additional information)
• if paying with credit card include credit card number and expiration date
